In 2024, a new addition joined Tallinn’s row of skyscrapers: at the intersection of Juhkentali and Liivalaia streets, opposite the Olympia Hotel, the 28-storey Arter Quarter was completed, with its tallest section becoming the new Swedbank headquarters. All of Swedbank’s Tallinn units have moved into the new 28-storey building.
The entire complex has been designed according to nearly zero-energy principles – meaning that the quarter was planned to meet the Excellent level of the international BREEAM standard. An environmentally friendly energy solution is ensured by a combination of energy piles and district heating and cooling. The office spaces feature top-class indoor climate, air humidification, a clear floor height of at least three meters, and raised floors. On the site of the former Härjapea riverbed behind the quarter’s buildings, a public park is being created together with the development, open to all city residents.
Entrance through the foyer of Swedbank’s headquarters.
Customer service hall, office rooms, seminar rooms, lounge areas, balcony.
