Kapitel has been a successful business venture. We don’t take our accomplishments for granted, and we’re glad to share our successes with society.

We’ve supported the Unfinished City research project of the Estonian Academy of Arts, which analyzed Tallinn’s urban planning visions and future architectural development scenarios. We have installed various dignified sculptures in Tallinn: Three Monks in the Danish King’s Garden, Culture Wolf in front of Nordic Hotel Forum, and Äratus (Wake-Up) in Nõmme district. We financed the installation of a new lighting solution for the walls and towers of the Old Town of Tallinn, as a result of which more than 40 objects received modern facade lighting. You are invited to see the old town in a new light and listen to audio-guided stories about the old houses and town walls.

Kapitel’s portfolio in Tallinn includes various office buildings, logistics centres, Viru Keskus, and two hotels (Nordic Hotel Forum and Tallink City Hotel). In addition, we have restored the 19th-century wooden Kõltsu manor in Laulasmaa and opened it to the public for guided tours and concerts as well as private events.
