In 2005, Ülo Pärnits began an exciting project, which was named Ülemiste City – an ambition to create an intellectual environment for active young Estonian talents, who would not have to leave their homeland, but could achieve world-changing deeds from here. To be a city of smart business and a driving force for the Estonian economy.

Today, this vision has grown into the largest business campus in the Baltics, where approximately 18,000 talents live, study, or work.
