In 2005, Ülo Pärnits began an exciting project, which was named Ülemiste City – an ambition to create an intellectual environment for active young Estonian talents, who would not have to leave their homeland, but could achieve world-changing deeds from here. To be a city of smart business and a driving force for the Estonian economy.

Today, this vision has grown into the largest business campus in the Baltics, where approximately 18,000 talents live, study, or work. A large and international community brings the responsibility for Estonia’s largest commercial real estate developer to create an environment that fully supports the well-being of talents and boosts the business growth of companies. The environment, initially created for young and active Estonian talents, now attracts talents and ambitious companies from every corner of the world, to together step with curiosity into an exciting tomorrow. A place that is likely the most attractive talent environment in the entire world.
